Jacques Reymond is very much the person behind his Restaurant, very involved in each stage of planning the perfect meal for you. His passion for food is only matched by his passion for wine.
His French training and technique combined with finest Australian produce and with the combination of Asian influences he creates dishes of brilliance. The feeling of warmth and intimacy of the premises, blended with wonderful food and wine list create the ultimate dining experience. Three years ago the Restaurant was totally renovated and refurbished and the Victorian Mansion is looking at its best.
The Restaurant has won numerous awards for its quality and standards of food, wine and service. Jacques also filmed a television series for the ABC entitled "Secret Recipes," a thirteen part series with a different family from an ethnic background cooking their food for Jacques. The show is being repeated now on ABC2.
